Refund policy
At Eleven22 Designs, each custom acrylic sign is uniquely designed and handcrafter to meet your specific requests. Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, the following policies apply to all custom customers.
- All Sales Are Final: Once work has begun on your custom order, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.
- Order Confirmation: By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and approved all design details, including colors, fonts, size, and layout. Any changes requested after production has started may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
- Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure the highest quality in every sign we create. If there are any defects, or errors on our part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue. However, we are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information or design approvals.
- Production & Shipping: Custom order require a specified production time, which will be communicated at checkout. Please note that production timelines may vary based on the complexity of the order and current workload.
